Although Noni has only opened recently, we are fast-earning a solid reputation as a go-to restaurant, in the heart of Valletta. Noni is located in a carefully renovated 250-year old building on Republic Street – one of Valletta’s key thoroughfares.
At Noni we pride ourselves for providing sumptuous genuine food, served with flair, in a cosy, hospitable atmosphere. Our dishes are lovingly created around local, sustainable ingredients. In addition, our curated menu is based on authentic Mediterranean flavours, which are enhanced by the delicately aromas of the French cuisine. At Noni we have prepared a special menu to celebrate Valentine’s Day. Our delicious dishes are guaranteed to entice your taste buds, while our discreet service and cosy atmosphere will set the scene and impress both you and your date.
Our Valentine Day’s menu opens with a white bean veloute, crispy guanciale and delicate Quails egg. Local aged goat’s cheese makes an appearance on our special menu, where it is accompanied by seasonal local beetroot and served with a drizzle of fragrant honey and thyme dressing. Pasta-lovers are guaranteed to enjoy the chicken and wild mushroom cannelloni, which are served with a parmesan foam. Vegetarian options are also available, upon request.
For mains on Valentine’s Day, our guests can opt for fish or beef. Our cod is pan-roasted and served with a salt cod croquette, a confit of seasonal globe artichokes and a fava bean emulsion. Meat lovers will be equally delighted with our herb crusted fillet, which is served with bone marrow, a creamy puree of potato and garlic and the mandatory red wine jus.
Our Valentine’s Day menu concludes on a sweet and creamy note, with a divine strawberry and elderflower Eton mess, which gives the sweet and soft strawberry dessert a flowery twist.
